Are you ready to unlock your peak performance & health?

Imagine conquering outdoor adventures & everyday life with boundless energy and unwavering vitality.

Envision not having to follow a food "plan" anymore because you understand how to eat in a way that supports YOUR unique body & needs.

You've probably dealt with your fair share of energy slumps, bonking during adventures, and feeling less than optimal.

But did you know that blood sugar regulation is the common thread that weaves all of these problems together?

The intricate mechanisms of blood sugar regulation not only contributes to your health, but also directly impacts your athletic performance.

Knowledge is power: understanding how to balance your blood sugar allows you to break free from generic nutrition advise, and eat in a way that actually serves your individual body.

This program is for you if:

You are an outdoor athlete and active person who struggles with low energy levels & bonking (i.e. crashing) both during activity and in your everyday life.

You want to let your body and natural hunger cues guide your decision-making when it comes to meals and movement, but you crave some structure, accuracy, and precision.

You are an “intermediate” nutrition consumer (not a total newbie, but are yearning for more guidance and expertise): you've done nutrition research on your own, but are overwhelmed by all of the information out there. You struggle with knowing what foods and fueling strategies are best for YOUR unique body and situation.

What you'll gain from this course:

Elevated Performance: Optimized blood sugar control leads to elevated training capacity, less crashes, and increased overall performance. BTB teaches you exactly how to eat in a way that sustains consistent energy levels throughout your outdoor adventures and in everyday life.

Food Confidence: Fuel your body sustainably and with ease, without restrictive plans or constantly having to question if you are doing everything “right.” The framework you learn in this program is applicable for LIFE as the method can be easily adapted as your needs change over time.

Mental clarity & mood: Blood sugar stability positively influences your cognition during adventures and day-to-day activities. BTB gives you the tools you need for sharper mental clarity through the food you eat, so you can execute your performance goals and crush your daily to-do list.

And the best part?

Beat the Bonk doesn't just promise short-term gains – learning how to balance your blood sugar is sustainable for life as the methods can be adapted as your needs change over time.
